PS. veggie restaurant of my dreams

I must add that today I found the BEST veggie restaurant in Riobamba. Well, it might be the best because it is the only one I've been to in Ecuador, but it was SO good! Soup appetizer, main course, dessert, and mango juice all for $1.70! Just so long as the salad was sanitary (will know soon) it was wicked!
